How to create Journal approval rule for a specific Legal entity

Summary:

We have a requirement like

the journals which was posted in Legal entity A and Legal Entity B those has to go to Approval Group1

The journals which was posted in Legal entity C and Legal Entity D those has to go to Approval Group2

Can some one suggest the Approval rule as per the Latest 23D update in Spreadsheet mode.
