Hi Community,

I am using November 14 and unable to configure the Engagement Engine to launch a Syndicated Proactive Chat (SPAC): Each time I configure my EE Rule and add it to the Site, it complains about an error ("Rule contains invalid data").

When I review the rule definition, the "Widget ID" is reset to undefined even though it was set to "chat_proactive" & saved before. (I have ony configured the mantatory fields).

I have successfully configured a Syndicated Conditinal Chat Link (SCCL) before using the Widget ID "chat_conditional". However, I have not managed to configure SPAC because of the error above.
