Report showing enrollments As Of Prompted Date

Summary:

Requirement is for an OTBI report showing enrollment detail as of a prompted date and plan(s). For example, what employees were enrolled in Voluntary Life as of 11-1-2023? The report needs to show plan name, option, coverage start date and coverage end date.

I would appreciate recommendations on how to accomplish this or better yet, does anyone have a report they would be willing to share? Thanks!
