Field disabled in HCM Design Studio Action : "Recruiting - Create Job Requisition" appears in draft

Summary: We disabled a field - "Intake Meeting Date" for Recruiter role in HCM Design Studio Action : "Recruiting - Create Job Requisition" . The field is enabled in the HCM Design Studio Action : 'Recruiting - View and Edit Job Requisition". The field does not appear while drafting the Requisition i.e. before . But after the Requisition is submitted for approval, if the Recruiter accesses the Requisition to make edits , the field-"Intake Meeting Date" appears . Is this an expected Behavior ? Should nt updating a Requisition after approval be considered as an Edit Action?
