Moving to the Pay As You Go account from Always Free Tier costs

Summary:

In estimator there is a checkbox saying “Apply 200GB Free Tier Discount” in Boot Volume section. Does this discount also apply to “Pay As You Go” Plan, or after moving to PAYG will I be charged for 200 GB of Storage currently used by my VM?

Hi, I’ve been using an Always Free Oracle Cloud Account for a while. On this Account, I am running 1 VM (for apache web sever) instance with VM.Standard.A1.Flex shape, 4 Ampere OCPU’s, 24 GB of RAM and 200 GB of Storage. A few days ago, I received an e-mail saying that my VM is detected as idling and will be automatically shut down in a week. This e-mail suggested that, in order for said machine to stay Online, I will need to upgrade to “Pay As You Go” plan. And here goes my question: In estimator there is a checkbox
