How many EFF and DFF can you create in Oracle Recruiting?

Summary: There's been some discussion about the number of EFFs & DFFs we can create in Oracle Recruiting. We have a payroll integration that is requiring us to build EFFs to capture candidate data during the application flow. This may require a couple fields per country to be created as we role each company onto the new system.
