Rating Distribution missing from CEO's Calibration Module

Our CEO does not see the rating distribution & chart that's usually at the top of the calibration module. Does anyone know why this is? My assumption is that it should only be pulling employees on the annual review cycle since we have calibration set up ONLY for that population, but I'm wondering since we also have employees on anniversary review cycles if that could be causing an issue?
