How to check ACH payment logs

Summary:

We had ACH payments work last month and now we do not know why it isn't working. Where can I find logs or reports to find out about the transactions. We have recently converted to Oracle Fusion and I am very inexperienced with the environment. We had our system configured by a consulting company and the contract with them is over and now we need to reverse engineer how everything is set up and configured but I really do not know where to start at this time. Thanks.
