HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS Table not Populating ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY after Dec. 15 2023 Maintenance

Is anyone else experiencing that ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY is not populating on the HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS table either through a user adding a Talent Profile content item through the UI or loading via HDL or loading via REST API which started being supported via REST API after 23D?

I am not sure if others care that this field is populated on this table. We have used ATTRIBUE_CATEGORY to key off that for reporting to determine what content type/section the profile item is associated to. The SECTION_ID is still being populated which I have modified my reports to key off that field, but I have seen no documentation on this and believe is a bug. I have submitted an SR and I am being asked to do A LOT of diagnostics.
