Object Validation Rule on Worker Assignment

We have a requirement to validate if Projected End Date and Contract End Date is NULL based on Action and Assignment Category of the worker.

If the Action is 'Hire/Create Offer/Data Change' etc and if the Asg Cat is '****' and if the Projected End Date/Contract End Date is NULL then throw an error message.

The autocomplete is working on all of the transaction flows correctly and showing an error message only if the projected end date/contract end date in NULL except for Create Offer. On Create Offer transaction, we are seeing the error pop-up even after passing the Contract End Date and we are unable to proceed with the transaction.
