Candidate Ownership after exclusivity period for an agency expires

Hello,

We just did a demo for our client and a few questions came up with regards to what happens to the candidate profile in the following scenarios:

Scenario 1: Agency A has an exclusivity period of 1 month and Agency B has 6 months and they both get invited to submit candidates for the same requisition and they try to submit the same candidate.

• Assuming that after this one month exclusivity of the candidate with Agency A has elapsed and Agency B tries to add the same candidate to their pool, Will they be able to do so? If yes, and Agency B refers the same candidate to the same requisition will they be able to add this candidate? Pretty sure the system will pick this up and say that there is already an existing application for this candidate but just wanted to confirm.
