How can i check if someone has the right role before answering a FAQ with a link in Oracle SaaS?

I want to build a FAQ where a user can ask 'where can I enter purchase requisitions'? I can give an answer with a link to the screen, but .. I first want to check if the user has the right role. How would I do that?
