Can we create alerts which will be triggered based on an employee's grade change?
The following grades have been defined on system: OPE,TRNEE,G11,G12,G13,G14,G15,G16,G17,G18,DIR.
Our requirement is as follows:
An alert shall be triggered whenever an employee changes from grade
OPE to TRNEE
TRNEE to G11
G13 to G14
G15 to G16
TRNEE to OPE
G11 to TRNEE
G14 to G13
G16 to G15.
We have created a role known as ECL Alerts Role and have added the two privileges: Access Alerts Composer and Process a Predefined Alert. All employees who are assigned this role shall receive this notification.
We need to confirm if the above requirement is feasible.
