Internal employees are using internal talent profile to apply to a job in ORC. In case that employee is separated, and, his/her assigment becomes inactive, and s/he uses his/her personal email address that is recorded in Core HR - what would be the system behavior? (will system going to take her/him to the internal site to apply? or will it ask to apply through the external career side? or something else).
