ORC: Offer Collaborator did not receive Job Offer Accepted Email Notification, Why?
Summary: I have recently been receiving concerns that Offer Collaborators are not receiving emails around the Job Offer Accepted Notifications when candidates accept their offers. Collaborators are receiving all others associated with offers, just not this one. They are receiving it via Bell notification IN ORC, no longer externally (as they are others too).
Can confirm that IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_Internal & IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External has been set to Worklist as communication method and ${JobOfferTeamMembersUserNameList} as expression and is enabled. I recently added in the Mail communication method and ${JobOfferCollaboratorsEmailList} as expression to see if this will remedy. I have yet to hear back if this has fixed the issue.
