I cant login into my oracle cloud account

Summary:

I tried to login into my oracle cloud account and it said my username or password was wrong, so i tried recovering the password (maybe i changed and didn't remember). But after asking for the password recovery the email never arrived, so i tried entering in contact with the oracle cloud support informing about the never arriving email problem and the support informed me that they will "force" the email by their side so i would need to wait max 24hours.
