Readonly access to screens in CPQ homepage

Summary: We would like to have readonly access to all screens on CPQ home page to restrict editable access to all users in our higher instances. Currently we have show/hide option for all Migration components where in we can provide component access to certain groups but when provided it gives full access to user but we want to provide only view access atleast for components involved in migration center.
