Employee to have Salary access at final stage of transaction (should see before after salary change)

Summary: For the change salary transaction, employee is the final level approver in our approval rules. The employee is not able to see his own salary change details after clicking the deep link under bell icon. Sharing Screenshot and the privileges we added for employee role below for your reference.

Also, we have added data security policy in view only access. Still facing the same issue
