Encountering Issue while adding ICP to an employee

Admin tried adding ICP to an employee using 'Administer Compensation'. But ICP is not getting reflected in Individual Compensation.

In Transaction Log, transaction is approved and completed while in transaction console it in 'In progress' later after few hours it got failed with below error.
