Why does the Compensation - Salary History Details Real Time not show the correct adjustment?

In the subject area Compensation - Salary History Details Real Time it is showing a value which is not in the front end for adjustment.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
For example the salary is a 0% change and 0% adjustment in compensation history. When you look in the subject area and query the employee, it has a value change of -4373.18 and a -30% change. These details are not showing on the employees record? It has the correct dates so looking at the right salary. Why is OTBI bringing this information in? When I query the CMP_SALARY table it shows the 0 adjustment. Thank you for your help.
