Summary: Aggregate function in value set - Return Decimal value

We are trying to fetch a decimal value from table type value set which is having an aggregate function.

When the aggregate function value is a whole number, we are able to fetch value from value set, but when it's a decimal value, the output is null.

Any suggestions how can we get the decimal value in this case. Below is a snippet of VS query -
