how to find non-subscribed (no status) Contacts

Hi,

Oracle Support replied me that this is not possible, so I just would like to make sure if only I have such an issue.

Background:

As we all know, Eloqua generally allows sending an email to every Contact who meets the Segment criteria and does not have to be subscribed to a specific group - it can have a no-status in Preference tab (by the way, I consider this to be one of the more serious errors in Eloqua's logic - considering the GDPR rules in Europe).

My question to Oracle support was simple:

- how can I search the database for all Contacts that are not subscribed to any email group and are not unsubscribed from any group? That is, those that have the value "no-status" in each of the my 8 email groups.
