Learner trying to enroll into the course

Hi Team,

When learner is trying to enroll into course and request for approval it is giving below error for any courses:


Your changes couldn't be submitted because of a server error. Try again later.      

        

               Applying List binding LOV_LearningItemPriceCurrency with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :LearnerLearningVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300000195781571 2024-01-15 4712-12-31 ]


Has any one faced this issue or anything is missing?
