Unable to create internal requisition via VBCS Excel add in

Summary:

I am trying to create an internal requisition via the VBCS Excel add-in and I keep getting the error LineNumber 2: When the source type is Inventory, you must provide a value for 1 of these attributes: SourceOrganizationId, SourceOrganizationCode. (POR-2011121) (POR:::POR_REST_IMT_REQUIRED_ATTR).

I have filled both these fields (and tested with only one filled) and I keep getting this error. The fields for Source Organization Id and Source Organization seem greyed out.

Anybody succeeded in creating an internal requisition with the excel add-in? Any idea on how to solve this issue?
