Need to remove open life event on Terminated employees
Summary:
We have approx. 600 Open life events that are "stuck" and will not evaluate on Terminated employees or employees that are no longer benefits eligible. We need to clean up are unprocessed life events, so I created a Benefit Group and tried to run the Purge Backed-Out or Voided Life Event job but none of the life events were removed.
Is there a different job that I should be running to remove those unprocessed life events. Thanks in advance.
