Auto emailer for failed scheduled job for lead assignment in Fusion CX Cloud

We are trying to set up an auto emailer for when the lead assignment schedule job fails to assign the leads to the proper territories based on the given pin-codes, so that the required personnels are made aware of the failure of the schedule job and take the necessary actions.

many of the leads go unassigned to the territories and because of this reason, we are unable to track them.

We are not able to find the steps to execute said request, if someone could guide us to do the same.
