Enable Business Plan in Workspace

Is there a way to enable Business Plans in Adaptive Search? Will it be possible in future release?

I have checked in Setup and Maintenance, Configure Adaptive Search and I see it not showing in there. Can it be enabled from elsewhere? If not, will it be enabled in future upgrades/releases?
