We have a scenario in which the the Payroll Admin should not update the the personal payment method for the employee if the Employee is having a Bank Loan.

The Bank Loan Details is maintained in a DOR.

The current functionality of creating a Payroll User Interface Configuration Formula Type, and attach it to the PAYROLL_USER_INTERFACE_CONFIGURATION UDT, it seems that it works for the employee self service only but we need to reach apply the validation for the Payroll Admin area.
