Mutiple conditions applied at the same time in conditional format

I am trying to use color code for one column, where two conditions need to apply for the conditional format, meaning that both conditions have to be met at the same time, for the conditional format to be enabled.

I can easily add two conditions. However, the conditional format is applied, when just one (either one) of the conditions are met. How do I set it up, so BOTH conditions need to be met, for the conditional format to apply?
