Summary: Enable auditing for just a ledger

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We're using a multi ledger instance, with one or more ledgers per country, but we need to enable auditing just for a ledger in APAC region.

Checking setups, we weren't able to identify a way to select the ledgers we're expecting to audit. Can we do it in Fusion using the auditing functionality?

Enable auditing for all countries might have impact to instance performance, causing other issues not possible to evaluate for now.
