User mock/proxy in REST APIs

Hello!

Summary:

I have an application outside of Oracle Cloud using Fusion Subscription Management via REST APIs. I would like to be able to run the following scenario:

USER_1 (an Administrator user) would like to list the accounts available to USER_2 (a Representative user). So USER_1 could call the account APIs (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/op-accounts-get.html) passing the username/e-mail/ResourceId from USER_2 as a parameter or in the REST header.

Is there a way to do this?
