Restrict access to Suppliers API Data for Supplier Confidential BUs

Summary:

Business has a requirement to develop and integration with a third party, where the third party would use the 'Suppliers' API to fetch the Suppliers list. However, business would like the option to restrict the extract from containing Confidential BU supplier list and the respective fields like Employee, TaxID etc. Is it possible to restrict specific list of suppliers from being fetched through Suppliers API like based on Supplier BU, Supplier Type or restrict/mask specific fields?
