Schedule dates are not changing for custom flow

Summary:

Custom payroll Process is completing but start date and end date are not changing for every schedule. I have schedule the custom process for every week. Each week scheduling is completing but start date and end date are repeating the same dates(the dates which i gave during the schedule process)
