Summary:

We migrated to OCI 2 months ago and we noticed a strange behaviour with comments on forms.

  1. When comments are entered in a data form, they only intermittently appear in the report, there is no pattern but it was working well before moving to OCI.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or has any customer reported such an issue?


Note: No updates were made to the form/report after migrating to OCI.
