Talent Review Meeting - Performance Rating section - Customization for 'Rating Source'
Hello Experts,
We have done the following steps:
1) Completed Performance Document for an Employee, which can be viewed in Talent Ratings
2) Created Talent Review Meeting and included Employee1 as part of Review Population
3) Prepare Review Content by Line Manager of Employee 1
- Performance Rating shows automatically as it flows from Performance Document
- Performance rating field has been made Read Only through Personalization
- Manager mentions Potential, Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss
- Manager Submits after completing the Review Content
4) Talent Review Facilitator conducts the meeting and completes
Completes the meeting by clicking ‘Submit’
5) Logged in as Line Manager of Employee 1
Navigation: My Team > My Team > Select Employee > show More > Talent Ratings > Performance Rating Section
