We are trying to process the payroll for the employees that were hired in Dec2023 month in Jan2024 as their salaries was not paid in Dec2023, so we are following the below approach:

Running the Calculate Payroll Flow and choosing the Payroll Period as 12 2023 Monthly Calendar | 2023-12-01 | 2023-12-31, then we are choosing the process Date as "27-Jan-2024", and we have created an object group with the below formula code to get only the employees hired in the selected Payroll Period:
