Scheduling for Items with make type without available On Hand

We are trying to configure Global Order promising for a make item which is not Back to Back enabled.

The ATP Rule is supply Chain Availability search and assigned to Org level.

Attached a screenshot of ATP Rule.

There is one Global sourcing rule with Transfer from Warehouse

One local sourcing rule with Make at Warehouse.

Only 1 Warehouse is present in the system

When there is a Sales Order with make item having no On Hand available, GOP is scheduling with same date as Requested Ship date.

In the availability details (pegging), we could find the recommendation is to make the Quantity on the same day.
