Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Employee had a EDO & Vacation Discretionary Disbursement Payment on Dec 21 2023 pay period.

EDO hours = 79.94 x $53.47 = $4,274.39 but HCM paid $4,274.29

Vacation hours = 112.84 x $53.47 = $6,033.55 but HCM paid $6,033.42

If I use the annual salary divided by # of hours worked in year from the Employment screen:

$108,203 / 2023.58 = $53.4710 * 79.94 = $4,274.47

$1082,203 / 2023.58 = $53.4710 * 112.84 = $6,033.67

EDO Pay = $4,274.29 / 79.94 = $53.4687

Vac Pay = $6,033.42 / 122.84 = $53.4688

I can’t figure out how HCM is calculating the $4,274.29 & $6,033.42, May I know how HCM is calculating so that we can explain to our employees.

Thank you
