Trouble Updating Fusion Company Logo

Summary:

Our leadership is requesting we update the CRM company logo. I'm working through the guide "Configuring and Extending Applications - Configure Redwood Themes" but no matter what I do the logo doesn't change.

  • Create Sandbox
  • Navigate to Appearance
  • Select pre-defined Redwood theme
  • Switch Logo to File and upload my PNG.
  • Click apply. Select new theme name and Save.

My logo filename is "sp_fpm_white.png" (so no spaces in the name). I have tried 200x50 per the guide. I have also tried 119x25 which I saw in a MOS article and the default oracle logo is that size. I also tried logging out/in, clear cookies/cache. I also tried switching from Firefox to Chrome.
