No Validation on Alternate Email for Internal Candidates

There is no validation on Alternate Email for Internal Candidates.

On testing the Alternate Email functionality, we noticed that there is no validation or verification on the email address entered by internal candidates.

Internal Candidates can enter an incorrect email address / existing external candidate’s email address / existing internal candidate’s alternate email address. This increases the risk of sending sensitive recruiting communications (interview invites, background check forms, offers) to incorrect recipients.

Is there a way for internal candidates to update their Alternate Email without resubmitting a new application?
