Hello,

Oracle enabled MFA on my account and now I cannot access my account. Whenever I try to login, it asks me to enter passcode generated by the authenticator app on "**** **** Phone-3" (**** is my name). The issue is I never downloaded the Oracle Authenticator App and I do not own a device that has a name mentioned above. I tried calling customer support, sending technical service request, talked with chat and no one is helping out. I never seen anything like this in my life especially for a company as big as Oracle. This is ridiculous.
