Learning marked as completed after completing ONLY the "Required" section

Summary:

Learning marked as completed after completing ONLY the required section. Learning has REQUIRED and OPTIONAL sections.

As per the requirement, we've configured a Blended Learning with Required and Optional sections post to enabling the activity sequencing.

But, admin can see the status as "Completed" after learner completes ONLY the "Required" section. Still the optional sections are not attempted.

As a alternate approach, we've added a NEW "Required" section at the end of all the sections. But, this section is allowing the attempt without completing the optional sections, though we maintained section dependency.
