Maximum number of listeners and availability of additional purchases

I understand that you can use up to 10 listeners in Eloqua.

Is that what I know?

If so, I wonder if it is possible to pay an additional amount and use more listeners.

For your information, the Eloqua I'm using now is at the enterprise level.
