Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to use logical expressions within EE rule conditions similar to how Rightnow rules are setup?

Specifically, I'd like the flexibility to use logical expression within the conditions similar to what we can do wihtin RightNow CX (e.g. IF (1&2) | (3&4).

It appears within EE that it is only "All" or "Any" conditions being met and not a combination.
