"a local variable was used before being initialized", Fast Formula is treating DBI as Local Variable

Summary:

I've created an element (Gross Us) and Database Item for Amount input (GROSS_US_AMOUNT_ASG_ENTRY_VALUE), but when i am trying to use the DBI in the Fast Formula it is throwing me an compilation error which states "Line 6, a local variable was used before being initialized"
