Plan Hierarchy Manager Rolling up to Self

Is it possible to configure a plan hierarchy using Hierarchy FF and AOR wherein an HR manages his/her own compensation?

Currently, we are using a Fast Formula to determine the worksheet hierarchy of eligible employees. Our client has a requirement wherein some HR Specialists should be able to see and manage their own compensation amounts - meaning they are their own worksheet managers. Is this possible? Has anyone had a similar requirement?
To be specific, we have HRs assigned to each Business Unit (scope defined via AOR). Employees will roll up to HRs depending on their BU assignment. It is also possible for these HRs to be eligible for the same plan. This means they should be their own worksheet managers.
