Any suggestions for testing Chat integration with a new site?
I have not found any information in the forum or elsewhere on how to perform some integration testing with RightNow. I am trying to do some ad hoc testing that I would like to automate. We have a 3rd party that provides our support and another 3rd party that is doing most of the site development.
At this point I have not tested the chat at all on the new site which will be in development for the next 8 months. I believe the chat link being served by our development vendor will actually connect to our current production support vendor. I imagine they will not be happy to receive my test chats.
