Effective ways to automate the Candidate Disposal process

Hi All,

We have a requirement to delete all the data for candidates that have been Rejected/Withdrawn since more than 365 days ago and are no longer active on any other requisition. This process needs to be automated on a Monthly basis.

Since it's clear that the Candidate data disposal cannot be automated in ORC, can you please suggest some of the out of the box solutions you implemented for your project to automate this process on a certain frequency and based on a specific condition?

I am looking forward to receiving some of the best ideas created to solve the purpose. Additional resources would also be very helpful.
