PCMCS bug when we change Period = YearTotal in rule / to Period = Jan in global context

Summary: In PCMCS, we use a model with the YearTotal period defined in each rule for our Budget, because YearTotal is not accepted in the Global Context.

When the Budget is finished, we copy the model into the Actual POV and we have to change the Global Context to add Period = Jan. After that all the rules are in error. Here are the errors:

Dimension Period is selected in both Rule and Global Context. To avoid the redundancy, save the Rule or remove the Member selection from Global Context
