Alert is not triggering even if conditions are being met

Multiple alerts have been configured on a compensation plan. Most of them are being triggered when their respective conditions are being met, except for one. The alert which is not being triggered has been configured as follows.


The criteria is as per below:

( [New Basic Jan] + [New Supplementary Allowance Jan] ) <16500 AND [Assignment Category] ="Permanent"


We have amended the criteria to test the part of the conditions individually as well, but the alert is still not triggering although on the worksheet there are several cases where these conditions are prevailing.


Please advise how to resolve this issue.
